7:30am Tour

Duration: 5.5hrs approx

Departure: 7:30am from hotel.

Drive 1.5hours to Akaroa stopping for scenic views along the way.
Stop at the Barrys Bay Cheese Factory for some free tastings of some locally made cheese. Read below about taking this on flights through Australia.
With approx 1hr free time in Akaroa you wander the shops/cafes and harbour area. Depart to the Alpaca Farm. Farm tour starts 11am and runs for 1hr. Hugging and feeding Alpacas.

Taking cheese and other food items to Australia.

You can take most products into Australia by following the below rules:
- Do not open the seal until you have arrived in Australia.
- Declare both items on your Crew Declaration Card
- Pack them in your suitcase (not cabin bag)
Exclusions are fresh fruits/vegetable, nuts/seeds and meat products.

Emirates Crew Return Timings: 12:15pm depart the farm for hotel arriving back at approx.  1:30pm

United Crew Return Timings: 1240pm depart for hotel arriving back approx 2pm 

China Southern & Singapore Return timings TBA.

Breakfast/Lunch is not included in this tour.

2pm Tour

Duration 6 hours approx.

Drive 1.5hrs to Alpaca Farm, enjoy 1hr farm tour hugging and feeding Alpacas. Experience the beautiful sunset in the winter.

Head 20mins drive into Akaroa township where you can choose to have dinner or wander the town and enjoy the sunset in the summer and dusk in the winter.

Depart Akaroa approx 7-7:30pm, Drive 1.5hrs back to hotel.

Dinner is not included in this tour.
